About Us

Hi. My name is Cristina and I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner here in Las Vegas, NV. I have been in the medical field since 2007 when I began my medical career as a Registered Nurse working in various hospital settings such as Acute Inpatient Physical Rehab as a Charge Nurse, Critical Care, Med/Surg, Telemetry and Psych. I most recently served as a Nurse Practitioner for the adult population here in the Vegas Community providing acute care and chronic disease management. My true passion, however, lies in health and wellness, which is why I decided to take a leap of faith and embark on opening my very own health and wellness practice in 2024. I enjoy taking a proactive approach to medicine and hope to make an impact on the health and longevity of my clients that I am truly honored to serve. For many years, I have seen firsthand the impact chronic disease can have on a person's well-being and longevity, such as with obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, muscle loss, poor diet and nutrition, and a sedentary lifestyle. Together, we can create a plan to help you meet your health goals and I will serve as not only your health and wellness practitioner, but also your personal coach and cheerleader, in helping you to create an active and healthy lifestyle that is both sustainable and attainable.
